first of all those who are british born white, than british born asians, than with ILR, than HSMP 4 OR 3 years one, HSMP for initail one year and than work permit holders
HSMP for initial years and work permit stand almost in same queue
and last not least ur luck which does not need any visa status

Without workpermit or HSMP its almost impossible.
but miracles are happening in 1 in 1000.
