Hey bruno, its dextroversion.....this question was asked in one of the pre pg online practice tests.
they asked abt `dextroversion`.
However it cud hav been aspelling mistake on their side too....Plz feel free to correct if so

The Anterior and Posterior as well as the Medial and Lateral ( if you can imagine the Medial!!!) relation of Dextro Cardia are same as that of Levo Cardia

LA is posterior

RV is anterior

RA is superior and to the right (medial ??) of RV

LV is posterior to and Right of RV........

Well...... That is if you call the Ventricle that pumps the blood to Aorta as Left Ventricle and the Atria that receives the Blood from Vena Cavae as Right Atrium !!!!! icon_rolleyes.gif icon_rolleyes.gif
