our seniors who have enlightened us for research in icmr sts
please can u tell us wich topics are approved n wich r nt??
a very hazy picture lies in front of us
as to wich livel we shoild advance n to wich depth we should go

almost all relevant topics are selected.........
the topics which are totally irrelevant are discarded
from my college 3 guys applied 2 were selected. the one who was rejected was totally baseless topic of PSM . he actually did the topic selection in 1 day only, so he couldnot come up with a good one.

the main aim of icmr sts is that to promote research in med studs...they dont want research results as much....they want you to get abreast with research methods by being involved in it.

even if the topic is 10% relevant, the icmr ppl will select it so that u get involved in research.

i have alsp heard that any topic is as such accepted
but wat are the chances of getting final approval of such 10% relevant topics??
even if v get approval ,after doing the research it should nt b rejected

1..theorotical....(give detailed info on sumthin new)
2..newer topics lab work experiments type
3..clinical ie takin cases....

wich of DM is recommended
