35 pregnant 36 weeks got uterine contractions and vaginal bleeding of small amount u admit her and investigate & everything is ok with placenta at uterine fundus after that she got another contractions which continous she cannot tolerate the pain FHR is variable between 120-160 bpm

diagnosis:

what next step in ttt?

Diagnosis:
Preterm labour with abruptio placentae (can not be seen on US)

What to do:
stabilize mother:hydration, correct coagulation problems (if exist) .
Monitor mother: urine output, blood loss, vitals, blood gases
>>>and deliver baby. As FHR is normal>baby is not in distress> vaginal delivery (if mother is fine)
