has there been a supreme court verdict regarding bcece 2000 that a particular date 16 th nov , mentioning that those who did their counselling or admission before 16th nov can give the exam n those after that cant give it...?

as far as i know i dont think the supreme court issued a verdict regarding bcece..
it was on the basis of earlier supreme court decision in other cases that high court barred non institutional studs....
