well i have a query suppose that a person goes to aus on study visa say eg mph duration of which is of 1 yr and passes amc1 and gets a job offer before the completion of the course will he have to come back to his country and convert the study visa to work permit or he can do so by staying there is there any obligation that he will have to attend the full 1 yr course of mph or he can quit before full yr and continue his job as a doctor thanx waiting 4 the reply

Hi, I'm not sure but what I know is that once you quit your course, the student visa also becomes invalid. So if that's the case you will have to go home as you cannot stay in Australia on an expired visa.

You can apply for a BRIDGING VISA so that you can stay in Australia till your work visa comes through

so tell me something about the system there because a lot of guys go to Australia on study visa but end up getting a residency there as a doctor is it easy to get a bridging visa there once u have the job offer?
