Hello all,

Ive just recieved my eligibility form from Russia , however how do I submit it because they have sent it via email as an attachment, will that be acceptable for the fp or will they need it in original.

Please advise!!

print out the attachment and send it out
i did not have some documentws wih me and i asked back home to send it after scanning on my email address and they did it
i sent those scanned documents after printing out and eligibility office accepted it
as they dont ask originals at this time so just dont worry and send ur attachment after printing it out

eligibility form along with all the relevant documents mentioned over it need to be submitted,nothing else at this moment is required to be eligible

when u go on foundation programme site u ll see the application process for uk and non uk graduates .in non uk they ve given eligibility form to b filled by ur dean of medical school and all the docu ments required.hope this ll help.best of luck.

i hav all the documents with me but my college has not completed the academic rating they hav crossed that part

yes it is very important
if they have not done it
try to contact them and request them to do it coz if that is not done than u ll be placed at 4th quartile as mentioned on the deans letter
academic scoring does matter when ur application form will be scored
ur college academic scoring + ur application form scoring will determine the out come of ur place in a foundation school
u still have time try to contact ur college people and do it

i posted my scan documents, i emailed them and they said it will be ok, send ur documents first class recorded so they reach their quickly.
good luck, send also ur degree certificate photocopy, ur transcripts in english, ur IELTS if applicable, ur PLAB 2 pass letter (this isnt mentioned but i thought it may be good to send) and ur visa passport. make sure they are all photocopies as they will not return your document.
