cip site says that entrance exam says is on the 3rd sunday of february

but in 2008 NIMHANS has said that its entrance is in the 3rd sunday of february

will the two entrances fall on the same date??

from NIMHANS prospectus it seems that non karnataka guys cannot apply for diploma seats

if NIMHANS and cip clash
i will be going for NIMHANS
coz i heard that cip has very shady admission procedures
