hello, i want to apply for a transitional year program for one year in the usa.is it difficult or easy to go into a TYP(TRANSITIONAL YEAR PROGRAM)COMPARED TO THAT OF INTERNAL MEDICINE.
Are there any IMG friendly universites in the usa which accept IMGs for this program? please mention them.
what is the success rate of the IMG's matching into this program?
please help me in this regard.

Transitional year programs are generally very competitive and more IMG UNfriendly than categorical IM/Peds/Psychi/FM programs.

Visa is sponsored similar to other residencies as stated by hiatham.
