hi this is drpls.
I m starting with my 3 month HIV posting from 7/10.Besides the regular tests that are done in the laboratory,what other tjhings to be read to make maximum use of this posting.specifically which book to be read for HIV or virology.

stick to anathnarayan for virology enuf for MD exam.besides u cud go thru the past papers and find qs asked n prepare acordingly.
