Classic signs of blow-out fracture (TN OP46):
*Enophthalmos
*Decreased upgaze
*Cheek anesthetized (Infraorbital n. trapped)
*diplopia (restriction of extraocular muscles - i think it may be any kind of diplopia, not only horizontal)
