i m bit worried about referee.i m trying to contact my professors in pakistan but it is getting quite difficult .i also have worked in private hospitals.can igave name of those drs. as referees.

well it will be more suitable if you seek a uk referee as they respond via email.
usually pakistani referees dont respond.

drgill's suggestin is most suitable but if you have not got a uk referee then try to find a reliable person, i mean ask the dr before wriiting their name and must write e mail adress.

if u dont have any uk reference than u can use pakistani references
as u said u have worked in private hospitals in that case better use people with post grad qualification rather than simple mbbs
use reference who can respond as references here are approached via emails
