yearly from the 1-2year of menses

yearly, if -ve for 3years then
5yearly till menopause

i read somewhere that u start when the female is 21 or 3 yrs after first intercourse, whatever age that may be.
eg if she had intercourse at 14yrs then PAP is dont first when she is 17yrs of age
any thoughts?

according to ACS guidelines:

All women start screening at 21 yrs age, or 3 yrs after first intercourse( as u are saying 17 yrs in a girl who has her first intercourse at the age of 14)

Women>30 yrs. if 3 normal pap test in a row and no previous abnormal test can have their test every 2-3 yrs

Women > 70 yrs: if 3 normal pap test in a row and no abnormal test in last 10 yrs can discontinue screening
