50. petechie of fat embolism present on
a. lower part of body
b. upper part of body
c. dependent area

52. 60 yr old lady, sudden onset of upper abd. Pain, radiating to back and ass with nausea and vomiting, fever &chills. Subsequently she noticed discoloration of sclera and skin. On exam she is febrile 38.9c temp, along with upper quadrant tenderness which will be the diagnosis?
a. choledocholithiasis
b. malig. Billiary stricture
c. metastatic dis of liver
d. cirrhosis of liver
e. pancreatitis
