at a loss cuz i'm confused! there's so much to do in so less time! plus manage college work.. i'll be gettin the cds from a guy i know.. he deals with medical buks and stuff... not sure abt where u get the cds otherwise... where r u from? check out the other posts. some of the ppl on the forum have them... maybe they can help u.

i'm preparing for step1 wishing to give it in july.i saw that u r in 6 th sem.
if u dont think that i'm discouraging u,can u please tell me as to why u have decided to give the exam now itself?
well,according to many people,internship and after internship would be the right time to give the exam b'coz in these last lap of ur mbbs u will learning a lot of things clinically which actually helps a lot in understanding the questions in USMLE .
but above all,what is more important is self-confidence.if u have that then definitely u'll be victorious.

@ sappu - yeah, i understand ur concerns... but i really dont think i can devote so much of time into the prep during my internship.. nor do i think i'm gonna do it with so much enthu. moreover i am pretty fresh with the syllabus, so i think i wud rather take it now than later durin internship.. i'm pretty confident abt it. hope to make it thru..!

sappu is write in saing dat. but my way of thinking goes like dis, dat u r fresh in thse all subjects and can cramm all dose charts ,tables diagrams of anatmy,biochem, pharma far easily dan us. but stil keep a watch over situation right over there in US. hey ....dr. neeru can u tell me frm where can i get CDs in chandigarh.[or nearby cities ludhiana,delhi,amritsar etc] hav u get any infrmation regarding dis. hw mwny CDs r dere fr step 1?
