1. Wear comfortable, well-fitting shoes,dont wear improperly fit shoes whether loose or tight. also choose shoes with low heels
2. Wear clean dry and not tight shoes with low heels
3. Change your shoes after 5 hours of wearing during the day to alternate pressure points
4. Never wear sandals or thongs.
5. High, wide space in the toe area
