PAPP - A is decreased in down's syndrome.

so, this is the answer to this mcq.

remember only two things are increased in pregngancy with down's syndrome:
hCG
and inhibin A.

rest ; i.e., unconjugated estriol, MSAFP and PAPP -A are decreased.
