Hi! Im michael.. I have a question regarding the sponsor for uk student visa.

My sponsor is my grandmother who has a bank account which is equivalent to GBP11,000.. She is already 85 yrs old that's why she is already a retiree. She dont have pension and the only source of income she have is her apartment that is not registered and she lends also money to people but she doesnt have license for that.

My question is how am I be able to pass the necessary documents when there's nothing to pass because her source of income is not registered?
