probably the number of applicants is small.
last OSKE in nov , had a big number of applicants, so they devided it to 3 centers.

hi, jahangir bhai i m posting 2 questions please do let me know your opinion on tjem
1.thyrotoxicosis presents with dyspnea
2.place to insert I.C.D
PLEASE DO give explaination,
i am realy confused as when there is no growth i.e no compression symptoms there should not b any dyspnea, other reson can b failure. but none of these things r mentioned in the question
regarding second question 4-6 intercoastal space is fine, but in question bank it is mentioned that it is not the right place.
thanking u in anticipation of your kind gesture
warm regards
how your preprations r going

hi ranvir
in exam the questions are not as confusing as 1, ususally the words such as `ususally, commonly, always, never` are used
-- in this scenerio 1 is true, as if u mark it false it gives impression that it can never present with dyspnea
-- in 2(intra cardiac device), i think true answer would be 2nd intercostal space, as it is the best site to approach the subclavian vein to go to the heart
--- in certain mcqs books there are printing mistakes as in churchil livingstones, but you should ignore these mistakes and refer to oxford handbooks
