Many Head of Departments creates a lot of probleums 4 P.G. Students... Ur whole future in his hands.. May fail u.. What u do ? Where 2 go ? Tell abut such dept and H.O.D. so that people avoid 2 take that branch....

We all saw on news channels about S. S. Medical College Rewa (Madhya Pradesh)... 1-2 yrs back... According 2 news channels one girl who was doing PG in obst and gyne from Rewa commited suicide because of the injustice done 2 her in the department...
??? What actions were taken against that teacher ????

All conditions r made such that u r compell 2 resign...
U may be indirectly motivated 2 resign..
And
you will have 2 resign or commit sucide...
Condition is worst if you belong 2 backward caste and H.O.D. is of Upper caste...
And sometimes u resigns or leave the course giving reason of ur personal or family probleums...
India is great... It happens only in India...
