can anyone chart out an exact guideline as to how to go about getting into a GP training programme...detailed and stepwise?
many thanks to whoever can do so because i (with my limited intelligence)
find it hard to glean info in bits and pieces from here and there...

Study for the GPVTS first selection exam:at least Band 3 in both could see one through
Second Stage usually involves three scenarios,though they might drop one next year,one is assessed on the person specs, outlined on the national gpvts site.Candidates who do very well at this stage are selected for the training programme.
