Omega -3 PUFA is present in ALL/ex

1-Mustard oil
2-Corn Oil
3- Fish Oil
4- Groundnut Oil




Ans given in Speed is Mustard oil... But i did a bit of research in the internet. and found tht omega-3 PUFA is present mainly in Fish oils.. and to a some extent in Canola oil, Soyabean, Olive, Cottonseed oil, Mustard, Corn Oil,
and absent in Sunflower and groundnut oil.. so according to me ans is groundnut oil.. what do u guys think ??
