I just wanted to know how were you supposed to go around doing it? Do you phone up the consultants, or do you send in applicationjs or make requests?

But how do you talk to the consultants or how do you reach them?

Is there any way to find their phone numbers or their email ids? Or do we content by talking to their secretaries.

find hospital web site--consultants secreatory n and talk with and ask about how to approach consultant any e-mail or other way. the secreatory will tell you.
