Here is a list of the most recommended material for step2-ck:
1-Kaplan lecture notes Q bank(considered more than enough)...but If U have some time and want to read more,U can go through:
2-Blueprints series especially IM book
3-Pretest series
4-Boards and Wards
5-Step2-ck secrets by Adam Brochert
If U have some money and want to practice more Questions,PLZ be advised that USMLE
world & NBME test are 2 excellent sources..
Good luck buddy

Ok, lets make this the books thread. I'll add what i read...
Kaplan notes for Medicine, Gyn/Obs
, Surgery.
Crush the Boards for Peds and Psychi (But believe me it was crap)
UsmleWorld Qbank - It was wonderful, though i did only 50% of the Qs, still they were enough to prepare me for a good score.
My experience was that If you are fresh from step1, Kaplan set is good enough when combined with UW.
Blueprint series, mentioned by Dr_AAM is also said to be good.

Well for me
As far books are concerned , Kaplans were the only thing i used for step 2 and it really worked for me, a sharp attepmt to grind topics analytically actually can supplement need of other books .High yield in step 2 didnt impress me much though again it is subjective ,one may try up one look- thru and they may be others who must have liked it.
I did question bank in Kaplans and UW.
And the best boost was done by USMLE
world, it is eye-opener in ur prep world , makes u aware of convolutions of concepts , and probable tricks which can be played upon you.
I beleive if some one goes thru Kaplans very diligently without missing the conceptual leg-breaks and off-spins , high level and fast throws ; front strokes and back hands it is hard not to score good, cuz what i have realised is USMLE
is
"Sound concepts at the firing speed of spinal reflexes."

Completely agree with siyaa. She has put in words what i couldn't. UW guides you through your preps in the right direction and brushes up your concepts pretty well specially for CK and Step 3.
And siyaa's Kaplan commentary says it all too. If you can pick up all that Kaplan throws at you, it's certainly enough. But sometimes its not easy to pick up and thats where alternatives and/or reference books come in.
@Siyaa: Every time i read your posts, i wish i had half your writing skills! You can put such confusing things so simply and subtly. I don't know about others but when I read your lines, i find a lot to them, than is obvious. I wish we could steal you from the Canada
forum and have you post more and more here.
