yes DNB should be changed to dnp(do not pass).Look at the result it seems they want to only fail candidates !!!!!this june in radio 50/175 cleared theory out of which in one particular city in south only 4 passed theory and none cleared in practs!!!!horrible when they dont want to pass why conduct such a course!!!better still to try and get a decent diploma via other entrances than try hard for DNB whcih is now almost impossible to pass!!

DNB radio is tuf to pass is n it ? ...there are better pass percent in other fields such as ENT , Anes....

what abt this years DNB -orthopaedics final results ???
how was it ??

is it also that bad

coz last year i got to know frm a senior that DNB -orthopaedics final only 8% passed out of which 6% were MS-orthopaedics and the other 2% were direct MBBS candidates.......

so its just 2% for those opting for DNB -orthopaedics after MBBS

(i hadnt seen the results on net or a hardcopy..i just got to know verbally frm seniors ...so if there is any discrepancy plz let me know)

some say it depends on the institute where you do your course....some say under whom you get trained? is he wellknown reputed teacher?

but one thing i got to say..try try..if not first time surely you will on second time...is not so ?

yes....thats the observation which people have come up with
it depends on the institute

like in delhi in st.stephens and gangaram
in Maharashtra hardikar institute in pune

its also because the teachers here have good tie-up with other examiners and also the level of teaching is better

but for getting into these institutes what i have heard is u need jack and/or money

no neither institutes nor teaching helps!! even people from diwanchand so called radiology best insttute has had failures! its only examiners will & wish yes radio passing is getting worse to worstest goddam my fred cudnt aswer 1 single question & was failed while another so called influential guy dunno frm wheere one phone frm his guide & he passes!!! & while he didnt even know anything much!!! my frend is so heartbroken she had read everything from old to latest hw the hell to prepare again?? she is so shattered!!!! disgusting same happened in anase and path too.

plz dont be under the impression if u wont pass 1 time 2 time u will .Personnal experiencs of my frends who were mercilessly failed 3 time without realising they have to go thru same rigmarole again there is absolutrely no guarentee unlike md/ms plz dont think i am frusto/disssuading you . I only hope u guys choose pg course with utmost care. u cant keep giving exams life long yaar -family bhi kuch hota hai & settle bhi to hona hai!! SO plz dont have stars in ur eyes and opt for DNB only with eyes fully open the pass rate is gonna get worse only not more! dont listen to dummies who say aaj 10% pass kal 45% ho jayega no that never happena in DNB plz plz soch sanajk ke decide .

i appered twice for DNB theory but cudnt clear it , since i am dmrd , i started my own centre ..but still sometiimes yearns to get DNB degree..but result is so hopless .. i cant waste my time in it...some people tell in DNB exmaz money ower also counts..i am not sure whether it is true or just a rumour..
