have some clarity on what you want ....
"counselling and spiritual upliftment" sounds more like your need.
there are many lay counsellors and 'gurus' in india and there are enough peole who because of ignorance and deperation land up going to them...most dont have any grounding in any specific type of therapy like CBT.
if you dont want to go the former (more easier icon_biggrin.gif ) route..i sugges you do acourse in CBT.
