Quick Scroll UG india,PG any foriegn country, Is Private practise as spec 01.14.08 (9 months ago) #1

hi..after reading so many posts on this topic,am again asking the same question..

am sure there r so many of us who have done MBBS from India, and are willing to do PG from a foreign university.and are worried,if we can work here LEGALLY after coming back as a SPECIALIST..

ok.we all know that in this situation,we cant work in a govn hosp/teaching institute as per the MCI rules..

now what i understand with all the posts on this topic is,it is allowed to do private practice as ur MBBS is MCI registered, but with the foreign PG ,can WE work as a SPECIALIST(radiologist,surgeon)............ LEGALLY..........

has anyone actually confirmed with MCI,or has any documented proof, any email reply from MCI.
plz do reply here ,so that all of us know for sure the answer of the question.

U WILL NEVER GET A REPLY FROM MCI AS IT IS SIMPLY NOT RECOGNISED!NO DOCUMENTATION CAN BE GIVEN TO SOMETHING WHICH IS NOT ON PAPERS PRESENTLY!IF THE DEGREE IS NOT RECOGNISED HOW CAN A LEGAL DOCUMENT BE PRODUCED FOR THE SAME!IT IS ALREADY STATED THAT IT IS NOT RECOGNISED!
AS FAR AS PRACTISE GOES AS A SPECIALIST GOES, A MBBS LADY DOCTOR PRACTISING AS GYNAECOLOGIST IS A COMMON PLACE WITH NO PG EITHER FROM INDIA OR ANYWHERE!
SO WHY SO MUCH CONFUSION!YOUR WORK WILL COUNT FOR U NOT THE NUMBER OF DEGREES U OWN!
IF SIMPLY GETTING A DEGREE IS THE CRITERIA,IT WILL BE NICE TO GET A NICE NICE WALL TO HANG ALL OF THEM IN CLINIC!
