a. septran and follow up
b. re-implantation of ureter
c. injection of collagen at ureteric orifices
d. b/l ureterostomy

agreed. septran and follow-up
VUR in this young a kid usually resolves as the kid grows older....by about a year and a half the grade should have dropped to I.
Subsequent management depends on the follow-up.
