i am a confused newbie.is Obs and gyn a fellowship only after finishing yr residency in internal medicne?since family medicine is easier to get into can i opt for a fellowship in Obs -gyn after residency in family med?
like peadatrics is there no residency in Obs -gyn after i get my ecfmg certification?if yes is it easy to get it for a img without greencard?

for how many years is the fellowship after finishing the residency in FM/IM?is getting a fellowship as difficult as getting a residency in fm/im?i am not a very brilliant student.

i know that you can do residency in Obs -gyn.but which is easier to get into internal medicine or Obs -gyn.is research necessary to get a residency in Obs -gyn.or else the family medicine-followed by fellowship in Obs is the easier option.what do you guys advise.
