I have completed my mbbs in ukraine.Can anybody tell me how to apply for job in ukraine.Is there anybody from lughanz,odessa or kharkiv who know any foreign students working as doctors in ukraine.

why do you want to work here? dont you know the maximum a doctor can be paid a month is not above 200 dollars here?
unless you end up in a private practise.
I suggest you practice in India.
