HI all!
I am a radiology resident. I have to use a digital camera to click pics for presentations/posters/articles. I have a olympus camedia dig camera d535 zoom with 3x optical zoom +3.2 megapixel. I face a peculiar problem wheever i take pics image of the lens comes onto the final image have tried to avoid this but to no avail.Can u plz suggeest? Is it camera fault? Also sometimes my own eye/face appears onto the final image?

Format your memory card, Take fresh pictures and see whether the same fault remains.
If it remains, most probably its a fault of the camera and you will need to show the camera to the service center.
