anyone out there for the last and final phase of MRCS i.e. part three or the grand finale from kolkata? i m planning to take the exam by september....interested candidates may leave their e-mail i.d. mine is

i have cleared my parts 1 and 2 frm edinburgh n found that there arent any centres this year for part 3 in india from edinburgh.
so decided to change to eng univ,heard xams in kolkata sep 2008 but authorities rnt sure yet...another thing fees in eng univ is 520 pounds compared to 835 pounds in edinburgh univ???why so much of discrepancy.
there would be other pp too to waiitin to write this exam in india...
havent started my prepns yet,done my orthopaedics pg as a matter of fact.

Hi Rahul. As far as I know the fees varies from college to college. The Glasgow college charges 1050 pounds, double that of England college (kolkata). I too am planniong to write in Sept from Kolkata. Will you like to join me. I am a final yr PG of Gen. Surgery.

How come its possible that in one page of RCS england site the fees structure of part 3 is given
as 550 pounds (Home → Examinations → Intercollegiate MRCS → Overseas Centres), and in other page ( Home → Examinations → Exam Dates and Fees → Surgical ) it is 425 +475 pounds that means 900, equivalent to MRCS edinburgh. what is this confusion?? has anyone applied yet for this exam>?? how much they are costing exactly??
