Which deanery did u applied? I received email last night and thanks to ALLAH, I passed. I am sure they are sending email to all candidates whether they fail or pass. Just email them and ask. Good luck.

i passed and spoken to few others,all of them passed,i have not met anyone until now who has not passed stage 2 this time,success rate is 100% this time.Now stage 3 will decide.

I agree that pass rate is very high for Stg 2 but it certainly isnt 100%, probably around 70-80% depending on which deanery you applied for. For example there are about 150 jobs in Wales, so about 300 will be invited to Stg 3 but there were around 430 who were invited to Stage 2. Hence, about 130 will not be have passed.

Post Stg 3, I just hope they will not put everyone else who is "suitable for training" but didnt get the job in the mysterious waiting list .

There is about 50% chance of securing a job after Stg 3. So "pass rate " for Stage 3 is very reasonable compared to other specialties but lower than stage 2. We should keep our expectations reasonable , but stay positive as we never know we might be in the lucky top half in Stage 3.
