Dear RxPG Team,
I have a very peculiar problem.
I can't log onto this site from my laptop since the past one month. I tried Firefox, IE and Opera. All end up saying that the website is unvailable or taking too long to respond. I have no problem from my hospital computer.
I have tried restoring the system back...it didn't work.
Any idea what might be happening? I need to be in here a lot while the conunselling goes on.

RxPG has not faced any downtime in last 2-3 days.

Also check whether you have disabled Cookies in your computer.

Also Scan your laptop with a good anti virus and anti spyware.

But my cookies are enabled and also I have no problem with any other site.

hmm any possibility to reformat your computer and install everything again? That would definitely solve your problem.
Also see the time-out limit on sessions.

re-formating your computer wont be necessary when all other web site's work fine .

do you use any external firewall except microsoft ??
due you have strong security softwares enabled in your system ??
is your Internet speed adequate ?? if you want to try then you may check the same by goggling it over the net if your problem still persist do write we'll try to assist you to our best .

If you don't have any problems in logging on to another sites, then the problem may not be due to cookies / viruses.
From your post i get the idea that you were able to acess RxPG with your laptop. And now you are unable to do so.
Check once again with your laptop now. Try to log in to RxPG with your laptop.
And also see whether you are able to log on to and view all other sites without any missing content.

If you are unable to access RxPG only, your IP address MAY BE blocked from RxPG.
What kind of internet connection do you use in your laptop?
I mean who is your internet service provider?
Is your IP a static or dynamic IP? (info on dynamic/static ip

For the last one month, did any one other that you use the laptop to access RxPG?

If this is a block on your IP, use the same laptop to mail to the email id i provided.
And i recommend you not to use your gmail id for the same.
(Emails sent from Gmail do not disclose info on the senders ip)
You can use the other common services such as ya hoo , ho tmail or redif fmail.
