For Medical subs, go for Manipal
& Surgical ones, like orthopaedics , stick with Manglore...

Heard that M'lore is better as regards Surgery. I feel the generalization is that M'lore has a better patient input in comparison to Manipal, hence subjects which depend most upon the patient factor is better off at M'lore whereas facility, faculty and infrastructure wise, Manipal has the edge. Surgery depends a lot on the cutting chances that one gets and so I feel thats the reason for M'lore being the choice in terms of Surgery.
