Quick Scroll pain in arm 03.08.08 (7 months ago) #1

45 yr old female comes with history of pain in upper and lateral aspects of arm bilateral since 4 months..pain only during rest..associated with tingling and numbnss in hands...also pain while getting up from squatting position?
is this all due to diabetes?any other differentials?
