Quick Scroll Management of Acute Eye Conditions - Topical Eye Drops 03.09.08 (7 months ago) #1

Hi y'all! I'm a bit confused about an item in this theme I've come across in the new edition of RxPG PLAB 1
Options are:
a. Antibiotic
b. Mast Cell Stabilizer
c. Prednisolone
d. Mydriatic
e. Miotic
f. Prostaglandins
g. NSAIDs
h. Carbonic anhydrase inhibitor
i. Beta blockers
j. Pilocarpine
The instruction read: For each of the presentation given below choose the single most appropriate eye drop from the above list of options.

19. Acute Bacterial Conjuctivitis - answer is A (obviously)
20. Acute Allergic Conjuctivitis - answer is B
21. Acute Angle Closure Glaucoma answer is H
22. Keratitis (non-infective) - answer is I
23. Corneal Abrasion - answer is D (according to PLAB first aid)
24. Uveitis - answer is D

My question is how come the management of choice in the revision book was antibiotics but the answer at the back was mydriatics? Isn't it that in this question the one being asked is management/treatment of choice and not the immediate management?
I've also tried to search the net regarding the first thing to do in Corneal Abrasion and instillation of antibiotics was also the one mentioned...
HELP! I'm LOST!
