Definitely e-the headache and lethargy {usually with dizziness } are symptoms associated with a concussion syndrome and resolve by 6-8 months. With a diagnosis of PTSD,one would expect, hypervigilance, nightmares and increased anxiety and persistant woory about re-experiencing the event.
