Google for information, see job placements, and make inquiries about salaries for the professions you mentioned.
For MPH, you can start from 30k and in 2-3 years graduate to 60k and above. Also depends upon where you do your MPH.
Hmm your GRE
score is great, but your AWA score is less than generally what is acceptable. Try giving it again. Or email your prospective colleges and explain the situation.
Personally, everyone wants to get into a branch that pays alot.

For PhD , you need great GRE
scores and a great AWA score.
And Yes lack of research or experience could affect your chances of admission.
Secondly, check out the college websites and see their requirements, sometimes they mention the minimum GRE
scores they need. Sometimes they dont. So you need to email their admissions officer.
I know for MPH, most of them dont take below AWA 4, but like i said before, email them and explain the situation.

Scores arent the complete package, you need to show great grades, great LORS, TOEFL
score, good experience and a excellent SOP.
I think if you have a well rounded application package, you can get into any place, including Harvard And Yale and Hopkins. If the rest of your application package is as good as your GRE
score, you can definitely get into all the top MPH schools.
I got less in GRE
and am very optimistic of getting into atleast one of the top MPH schools. It depends upon my entire application package

Yes the budget is likewise. I think Harvard and Yale is more than 30 lakhs, because Tulane itself is 35 lakhs, so Harvard, Hopkins and Yale could be much much more.
I think you need to email these programs to know how much they help in getting your a job. Some Univs have counsellors and advisors who will help you get a job after your MPH.
If you want to pursue MPH as your main goal, go for PhD or Doctoral degrees in MPH.
