i dont feel its that volatile,
if u mark the imp points and read those 3 to 4 times u can answer even when woken up from sleep
of course the new questions may seem vlatile as we are less exposed,

According to me they are volatile only in the begining i.e, after 1st\2nd reading...Mainly due to the fact that unlike theory it is not a single topic that we read daily..It includes so many subjects with totally unrelated topics.But once our knowledge is properly processed it is not that difficult..
