Davidson is best.
At least you can reproduce the answers by the tabular colm. given in davidson.
Harrison is too vast for UG level and not exam oriented. however for PG entrance exam its good.

I think that Harrison's is the Gold standard for medicine. But as for its suitability for UG; well it depends on the individual. If you are the studious type that is a voracious reader and also consistent, then Harrison's is for you.

On the other hand if you are not the studious consistent reader and if you find it difficult to contextualise all the info in Harrison's; davidson's gives a comprehensive yet succinct coverage of Medicine at the UG level. However if ou are interested in PG Medicine; I recommend that you start with the Harrison's and get familiar with it.

Davidsons is much better for you in bmbs as it is the right level of depth, plus is a great book in especially in terms of clinical approach to problem solving
