Hi
for PG in Canada you need to do MCCEE and apply for immigration. Details of exam can be found at the following website.
Only RxPG members can see links here! Register or Sign In!

For post graduation in Canada after you pass this exam (or after you complete the other parts of the exams namely MCC qualifying exam parts 1 & 2, whatever you prefer) you may apply for residency training. You may also write the IMG assessment exam through the following website-

For application for residency training you have to Register at

and then apply for the IMG residency positions
For training in the fields you mentioned (Medicine/Critical care/Emergency Medicine) you may apply for the following programs
Internal Medicine 3-5 year program with fellowship in critical care later on
Emergency Medicine 5 year program
or Family Medicine program 2 + 1 year of emergency medicine
Hope this helps
Goodluck

Last year was also official. The process was mentioned at CaRMS and candidates were asked to contact the individual universities. What you may consider- try calling the departments directly to find out regarding interviews. To be honest I really have no idea regarding selection criteria and the time frame
hope this helps
Best wishes
