hi friends,
in a historic ( as always) verdict, the supreme court has up held the 27 percent OBC quota into all the educational institutions for higher education...
do u feel it is justified??

not at all.i feel very much deprived,but is this quota system applicable for the aipg too just like the AIIMS entrance??????

yes for the AIPG too but i heard they're increasing an equal no. of seats there.....anyhow its a very shameful day in d history of our constitution. all political parties are queing up to take the credits...22.5% then 49.5% now after 27% for obcs wonder if some day 99% reservations will be for them n we'll be left with 1% to compete....

india is now reserved for reserve people only.
it is a country not worth for open candidates.
indian govt.shud make category reservation 100%!
it will ensure great hatred between open & cat.people.
it will ensure total injustice to talented people.
it will ensure to make india, a country with beggers that begg for their cast.
such a barbaric decision is this.
HOW CAN A QUALIFIED GRADUATE(DOCTOR OR ENGINEER) BE ENTITLED TO GET RESERVATION WHILE THE SUP.COURT ITSELF HAS EXCLUDED CREAMY LAYER(WHICH ALSO INCLUDES DOCTORS/ENGINEERS)FROM RESERVATION QOUTA?

toi ; the 5 member bench of supreme court made it quite clear that this reservation is not valid for pg courses. i mean AIIMS , AIPGE , pgi md ans ms courses.
