hi friends,
in a historic ( as always) verdict, the supreme court has up held the 27 percent OBC quota into all the educational institutions for higher education...
do u feel it is justified??

Education should be based on capablities,talent not quota. Howfar they'll go on the wheels of cast& creed? Whats d meaning of 27% reservation?Its a complete brain drain,what else.
