Well, Lawyer Venugopal says that Graduates are not eligible for OBC Quota.

He says that once you are a graduate then one is not backward

That is a good news

Does it mean that Admission to MBBS in AIIMS will have OBC Quota
But Admission to PG in AIIMS will not have OBC Quota

That seems a great idea !!!

After all you already have one quota which allows guys with 20 % in entrance get PG in AIIMS .

As per the lawyer "It is a serious setback to the government who wanted to fill up prestigious institutes with OBC quotas."

And Mail today have shown that there are ways and means other than studying and / or quotas to clear Exams conducted by AIIMS .

Still I am not able to understand why Junior Doctors Association of AIIMS , New Delhi who talk of equality, do not fight against a BIG INEQUALITY in their own backyard - The Institute Quotas.

it is strange that children of doctors, lawyers and ca's etc are creamy layer but doctors, engineers, themselves get xcluded from creamy layer wen they themselves want to take the benifit in a particular situation...
