C. There is really no chance of meeting duplicated diagnosis in genital infections except combined infection of gonorrhea and chlamydia. We know that whenever we meet the real patients in the clinic, the urologically suspicious painful male genital organ(s) with pyuria makes us diagnose one of the sexually transmittable diseases, and in this setting, we must conclude him be diagnosed as a disease of one most fitted organism of them. So, we should think about the patient, not think into the diseases. He has symptoms of an infection involving at least 3 nearby organs(epidydimis, prostate, and very possibly urethra), but he has not 2 or 3 diseases.
