Hi,
I dont know abt Eligibility Certificate..but you need a domicile certificate(your parents' domicile would also do)...as for the fees structure check out rguhs.ac.in...DD in name of Registrar, RGUHS, Bangalore payable at Bangalore...

following are required for getting an eligibility certificate
1. representation of the candidate at rguhs ( jayanagar 4th T BLOCK )
2. XEROX COPIES OF MBBS MARKS CARDS, INTERNSHIP CERTIFICATE, DEGREE CERTIFICATE, REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE
3. DD WORTH RS 3000 IN FAVOUR OF RGUHS PAYABLE AT BANGALORE
4. 2 PHOTOGRAPHS

SUBMIT THEM AT THE COUNTER ISSUING ELIGIBILITY CERTIFICATE. HE WILL GIVE YOU THE CERTIFICATE IN ONE DAYS TIME

even rguhs stds need eligibility cer, in adhichunchangiri coll they asked me to produce that when the course comenses.

if they have somethin in their brains left,y do they ask for eligibility certificate from RGUHS students.......i joined my college......they jus asked me for transfer certificate......eligibility only for those from other universities...!

ya even i asked them, they told that non kar stds shud submit ec during admission and kar stds anytime later, they even took a letter frm me adressing pricipal
stating that i will submit ec within few days.
