color=darkblue][/color hey friends, students from Maharashtra have already fied a case in mumbai high court regarding transparency in exam about 2 months back,
now our case is in final phase , and if we won this case it will be great help for those fighting for transprency in exams all over india,AS THIS IS ONE OF THE FIRST AND BENCHMARK CASE FOR TRANSPARENCY IN EXAMS
good news is that ,our case has become more stronger than before,
new judges first tried to understand the matter in depth and agreed our view.
to bring the transparency in whole exam system he has set a panel of arond 5 judges, that means new judge is taking this case very seriously and want some concrete things tobe done for transparency in the exam,
henceforth our case will become a bench mark case for all transparency related cases and will be referred whenever necessary in future icon_cool.gif
now pour next hearing and probabaly final will be on 28th april
but guys we more funds to fight the case till the end,we have already put our common account number on this forum ,so it will be better for us if we can collect descent amount of funds and we can hire a better lawyer to fight our case.
u can contribute by whatever means u can,e.g. u can take help of any organization, professors, students, interns, icon_exclaim.gif
