hi all,

any invitation for the interview for post-match position?

As you can see, the majority of internship positions are offered by NOSM.

I live in Sudbury approximately for 4 years, and everyone here "needs doctors." However, I have never got any interview invitation from entire ON.

I am looking for those who live in North to combine forces.

Anybody from the North?

one of my friend got a PMS seat in Queen s Psychiatry but he was interview before in 1st iteration so i suppose they are calling only those who were interviewed before

It is sad,, but not bad. Bad it is when you do not resist to oppression and often even do not recognise its presence around you.

How many of you are affected by this unfair process? Do you think it affects your health? Your future? Do you think it is YOUR fault that you, physician with practice, are not matched for postgraduate studying?

Do you know how many physicians are involved in this process? It is social injustice, I am seeng what is happening because I study social work, and I find structural social work very interesting and useful.

I was not invited in 1 iteration, but was invited in the second, not here, but in another province. First what they have asked me- why NOSM did not invite me at least once-they are interested in people who settled in North-they told me,,

hard to believe..it is happening.

I also got a msg from the University of Western Ontario. They idicate that they"expect to contact selected applicants for an interview within the next couple of weeks."

I got an invitation for Psychiatry . I am a Neurologist. (specialty was obtained after becoming GP first ) .. Really good Faculty and staff.. But they prefer local people. By the way, many local Canadians were presented as IMG ( after getting a medical education abroad ). I do not want to name univ. and go with more details... but it was fantastic..
