a quick tip...dobutamine has two isomers
The
(+) isomer is a potent Beta-adrenergic agonist, whereas the (-)
isomer is a potent Alpha1-agonist.

Clindamycin is used for TSS caused by Strepto...some also wanna use penicillin along side...Intravenous Immunoglobulins have been used as adjunctive therapy in Streptococcal TSS
